"I’m allowed to not have any patience tonight." Sienna closed the space between them, wrapping her arms around his neck again.
Clay returned the kiss, wrapping his arms around her waist to pull her flush against him.
"But are they as detrimental?" Maddox never cared for the easy way; he cared for the most hurtful.
"They’re less likely to result in jail time."
"I’m liking this…not flirting." Reese smiled, his hand cupping the back of Parker’s neck as he deepened the kiss.
"You’re kind of killing me here, Reese." Parker said breathlessly as she pulled back from him, remembering that they were still in public.
It was a lot cooler away from the reception, something she hadn’t realized until she realized she was away from the mass of people. Tugging on a pin that was sticking into her head too tightly, her intricate bun dropped around her face and she smiled when she heard footsteps, turning around to face him. “Took you long enough.”
"Well one of us had to be discreet."
"You’re a smart girl. Figure it out or I will."
"There are easier ways to hurt Adam."
"No, no… Keep it up. I’ve decided I like it." Reese grinned as he leaned forward again.
"Nope," Parker said before leaning in to giving him a quick peck on the lips. "I’m just going to stop flirting with you." Still, her actions contradicted her words as she gave him a few small kisses in between words.
"I don’t mean your usual." Maddox raised the magazine for her to see, tapping on the little boy’s face.
"What about the kid?"
"Well then, husband… Catch me if you can.” Sienna said softly, grinning at him as she let his hands go. Tucking a wild ringlet behind her ear, she only cast him a quick glance before she slyly maneuvered out of the hall.
Clay smirked as he watched her disappear in the crowd, finishing up his glass of water before he followed after her, sure to keep his head down as he walked out.
"I’m not sure how I feel about this new side of you." Reese mumbled against her lips.
Parker blushed as she laughed and pulled away. “You’re making me self-conscious now.”
"Adam’s head on a plate but I suppose that’s more poetically speaking more than anything."
"Aw, darling, if that’s all you wanted, that won’t be difficult." Mina smirked as she leaned over to leave a kiss on Maddox’s lips. Adam of all people, was an easy target. She had the looks that could draw him in, and he was too foolish to suspect an ulterior motive to anything that she said or did.
